Though none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that in the present case, the petitioner had agreed for alignment of the road and subsequently, a sale deed was entered through private negotiation and, the same was registered and compensation has also been paid therefore, that is the reason, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
