However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent, as on date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2023 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 6 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 25.03.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
