Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 25.03.2023 to demarcate the petitioner's gramanatham property situated at Nelvoy Village, Madurantakam https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 24542 of 2023 __________ Page2 of 4 Talum, Chengalpattu District comprised in Survey Nos.247 and 252 admeasuring to extents of 1308 and 5232 square feet respectively. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent, as on date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2023 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 6 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 25.03.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
