Learned State counsel Kumar, he submits that in compliance of order dated -2026 (O&M) -2- BNS Act, registered at Police Station Meharban, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present FIR, which was even otherwise lodg four days, on the statement of the complainant. It is submitted that both the families had gathered for Panchayati talk in the house of the petitioner, however, the complainant side turned aggressive. Infact the complainant and her fami property of the petitioner, as can be seen in the photographs annexed at Annexure P no material on record to substantiate the allegations. Rather, the exaggerated version put forth by the complainant is also rendered highly improbable from the fact that multiple people were admittedly present at the time when the alleged incident took place. It is also submitted that similarly placed co granted interim relief by this Court vide order dated 23.12.2025 passed in CRM

Mr. A.P.S. Tung, Advocate has put it appearance on behalf of the complainant and files his power of attorney, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the complainant jointly submit that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to join investigation and cooperate.
Adjourned to 19.03.2026.
In the meantime, no coercive steps be taken qua the petitioner.
Moreover, the petitioner shall join investigation before the Investigating Agency/ Officer. He shall abide by the following conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS, 2023: (1) That the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police offic required to do so. (2) That the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts to the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to Court or to any police officer. (3) That the petitioner shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.
Needless to mention that the investigating agency/officer shall continue with the investigation of the case in usual manner.

Infact the complainant and her family members even damaged the property of the petitioner, as can be seen in the photographs annexed at Annexure P-2. Moreover, there is no material on record to substantiate the allegations. Rather, the exaggerated version put forth by the o rendered highly improbable from the fact that multiple people were admittedly present at the time when the alleged incident took place. It is also submitted that similarly placed co-accused has been granted interim relief by this Court vide order dated 3.12.2025 passed in CRM-M-73100-2025. Notice of motion. This order should not be treated as be read as granting the petitioner(s) indefinite protection from arrest. It shall be confined to the FIR mentioned other incident that involves commission of an offence.

Liber move to this Court for a direction under Section 483(3) of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C.), in the event of violation of any term, stipulated under Section 482(2) BNSS, or upon s cause.
