Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 10.07.2017 to cancel the TSLR extract issued in the name of the fifth respondent, pursuant to his fraudulent sale deed dated 28.01.2008 and to effect necessary corrections in the Taluk office/Town survey records by cancelling the TSLR extract issued in the name of the fifth respondent and to issue the TSLR extract in petitioner's name for an extent of 17 3/4 cents. However, the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the suit in O.S.No.61 of 2019 is pending against the petitioner, before the District Munsif Court, Poonamallee. Hence, this Court may direct the petitioner to workout the remedy before the said Court. 4. 5. When the suit in O.S.No.61 of 2019 is filed and pending for the very same relief, the petitioner can very well adjudicate it before the concerned Civil Court.
Thus, as rightly contended by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, the petitioner is directed to adjudicate the issue before the Civil Court, where O.S.No.61 of 2019 is pending.
