The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 3342 of 2023 __________ Page2 of 4 the petitioner has made an application dated 18.11.2022 to direct the respondent to make measurement of the her land measuring 0.74 Ares in S.No.451/2, as per Patta No.2356 in Murugapatti Village, previously known as Palacode Taluk, presently known as Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District, as per the Sale Deed dated 22.08.1994 in Doc.No.526 of 1994 and to put up boundary stones. However, the said application was not at all considered by the respondent, as on date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's application dated 18.11.2022 will be considered by the respondent within a period of 4 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
