Learned State counsel apprised representation on behalf of the petitioners since last two dates, the present petition deserves dismissal. In view of the above, consequently, since none of the parties have put in appearance since last two dates, it seems that the parties are no more interested in pursuing the present petition, hence, hereby dismissed. i) Whether speaking/reasoned?
