When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the matter has already been referred to the Principal District Court, Tiruvannamalai on 03.05.2023. 3. Since the matter has already been referred before the appropriate Court, no further order is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
