Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the entire materials available on record. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s objection dated 26.04.2023, after issuing due notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as second respondent and aggrieved parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
