Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 24.01.2023 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in survey No.38/3 house site property measuring to an extent of 0.116 cents situated at colony Natham at Alangiri Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2023 will be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of 6 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
