The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to relocate the existing electric pole from the middle of the common cart track to the western boundary line of S.F.No. 200 / 3C1 of Veerasolapuram village kangayam Taluk Tiruppur District pursuant to the sanction letter in Memo No. AEE/O and M/ N/VKL/F.DCW/ PROP No. 049 / 2021-22 dated 05.01.2022 issued by the 3rd respondent. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of 8 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2021 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
