However, the said application was not at all considered by the respondent, as on date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's application dated 15.11.2022 will be considered by the respondent within a period of 4 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 15.11.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
