The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that due to non-payment of the dues, the electricity connection was disconnected on 16.11.2023 and following the prolonged period of disconnection, the meter was officially removed from the premises on 23.09.2024 and subsequently, the service account was officially closed in the records on 26.03.2025 therefore, no order can be passed to consider the petitioner’s request to transfer the EB connection. 3. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition is closed as no further orders can be passed.
