The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 29.04.2023, to permit him to take the produce to raise crop and to take the harvested crop through carts or other vehicles over the subject lands. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief. 3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be disposed of by the 3rd respondent within a period of four weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record. 5.
