Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2023 will be considered within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent 1 and 2; the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondents and the learned counsel for the 4th respondent. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other parties concerned.
