In this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 01.08.2022 for restoration of the land comprised in Survey No. 118/2 measuring to an extent of 3acres and 80 cents bearing door No. 4/4 New No. 1, Arcot road in Valasaravakkam Village, No. 101, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District in favour of the petitioner in the light of section 3 and 4 of the tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Repeal Act 1999 and in accordance with law. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to issue due notice to all the objectors, including newly impleaded respondents and conduct enquiry and thereafter, consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2022 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
