Learned counsel for the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 23.12.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner have joined the investigation and investigation. It is further submitted that the matter was Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court 23.12.2025, and the parties were Mediator on 17.01.2026. Learned State counsel on instructions, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required for the purpose of investigation. 4. Since the parties have settled their dispute and further the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 23.12.2025 is made absolute. 6. However, the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions contained in the Settlement Agreement dated 06.02.2026, arrived at before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. 7. The petitioners shall, however, continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 482 (2) BNSS. (VINOD S.
