Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners made a representation dated 26.02.2023 to refer the dispute of payment of compensation to the Civil Court as stipulated under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioners' representation dated 26.02.2023 will be considered by the first respondent within a period of 12 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
