The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 10.12.2023 requesting the respondents to constitute the Jury of Appeal and to direct personal hearing by the jury expeditiously following the principles of natural justice and consider Avikshit as fifth candidate at 61st National Roller Skating Championship as was the case in 54th National Skating Championship when 5 skaters represented Tamil Nadu in Age Category of 12 to 16 Male. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2023, by taking into consideration of the video recording of the petitioner, who participated in the 61st National Roller Skating Championship and pass orders, after issuing due notice and affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
