The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to restrain the respondents 1 to 5 from obliterating Kanni Vaikkal running more especially in S.Nos. 539 and 540 of Ramapuram Village and also in Sedapalayam Village, Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore district. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 2. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 1st respondent within a period of 12 weeks. 3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2023 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
