The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to restrain the respondents 1 to 5 from obliterating Kanni Vaikkal running more especially in S.Nos. 539 and 540 of Ramapuram Village and also in Sedapalayam Village, Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore district. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 2. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 1st respondent within a period of 12 weeks. 3.
