This is the first petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 27 dated 15.02.2024 Station Navi Baradari, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar 2. Vide order dated the petitioners and the investigation. Thereafter, it was brought to the notice of this Court that there were chances of compromise between the parties and accordingly, vide order dated 16.02.2026, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 3. Pursuant to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court settled. (Oral) This is the first petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR 15.02.2024, registered under Sections Navi Baradari, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar Vide order dated 30.04.2025, interim anticipatory bail was granted to and their arrest was stayed till further the investigation. Thereafter, it was brought to the notice of this Court that there were chances of compromise between the parties and accordingly, vide order dated 16.02.2026, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
