When the present Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the trustee period is already over and thereby pleaded to close the Writ Petition. 3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the trustee period is already over, this Writ Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication.
