The learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that as early as on 12.02.2026, a sale deed was executed by the petitioner in favour of the Railways based on the private negotiation. 4. In such being the case, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.
