The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the respondents failed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s claim petition dated 20.06.2022, the present writ petition is filed seeking for appropriate direction. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the 1st respondent passed an award dated 14.06.2025 based on the claim petition made by the petitioner on 20.06.2022. A copy of the said award has also been produced before this Court. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed as no further orders necessary.
