(ORAL) Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.121, dated 14.10.2025, under Section 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Div Commissionerate Ludhiana. The matter is of civil in nature a present FIR is counter blast to the civil suit which has been filed by the petitioner. He submitted that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Learned counsel further contended that the petitioner is ready and willing to join th Notice of motion. Meanwhile, the petitioner shall join the investigation and would come present as and when called for and in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail on his furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/ Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall also abide by t conditions as specified under Section 482(2) BNSS.” Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 06.11.2025 passed by the co- petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Sukhdev Singh, has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.
