By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the following prayer: “In view of the facts and circumstances narrated above, it is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to considered this application of the present petitioners and passed to issue a writ of writ of mandamus or any other' writ/ writs in favour of the petitioners for the illegal, erroneous and arbitrary action of order in R.C. No. 19 of 2016 on dated 30.01.2019 along with Mutation Misc. Case No.20 of 2023 on dated 21.06.2023 and to record the R.O.R in favour of petitioners and pass any such order/ orders as deem fit and proper may kindly be passed for the interest of the justice.” 3. Upon going through the averments made in the application, it appears that the pleadings lack clarity and contain p. 2 inconsistent and distorted facts, and the relief sought is not in consonance with the pleadings. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars and appropriate prayer. 5.
