As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Fazilka, the main suit of the plaintiff-petitioner stands decreed vide judgment and decree dated 17.10.2025. 2. None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 08.08.2024 and even on the last date of hearing i.e. 15.05.2025. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
