Since no order was passed, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 08.03.2023 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve weeks. 4.
