Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 15.12.2021 to take action against all concern pertaining to the sale deed dated 29.07.2019, which was registered as Doc.No.17340 of 2019 on the file of the District Registrar Office, Saram, Puducherry. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 15.12.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
