Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”), the petitioner FIR No.0053 dated 13.02.2026 registered under (5) BNS, 2023 at Police Station Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of nticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0053 dated 13.02.2026 registered under Sections 127(2), 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 3(5) BNS, 2023 at Police Station Division 8, District Police Commissionerate GURPREET 2026.04.21 16:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document. petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further contends that the petitioner has no concern with the said offence and the allegations levelled against him are vague. Learned counsel contends that the sai occurred on 09.02.2026 but the FIR in question was registered on 13.02.2026 i.e. after an unexplained delay of 04 days, casting a serious doubt on the prosecution story. He further contends that the complainant has not explained the nature or de of the weapon from which the petitioner inflicted injuries to him and also the fact as to how he came to know about the names of accused persons, which further makes his version highly improbable. No recovery is to be effected from the petitioner
Learned counsel submits that similarly placed co already been granted concession of interim bail by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2026 passed in CRM
Learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioner is ready and will upon to do so by the investigating agency. accepts notice on behalf of respondent file status report in the investigation within a week from today and would appear as and when required by the Investigating Officer and cooperate with the Investigating Agency. In the event of arre admitted to interim bail on furnishing of bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer.
