(ORAL) Applica$on under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC moved by the plain$ffs in Civil Suit No.225/2022 $tled ‘Gulzar Singh and another vs. Nirmal Singh’, was dismissed by the trial Court. However, the Appellate Court by way of the impugned order dated 20.05.2023 (Annexure P-7) allowed the appeal, whereby defendant – respondents were restrained from interfering in the cu@ng and removing of the popular trees by the plain$ffs. 2. The aforesaid order has been assailed by the defendant. 3. Before this Court, it is conceded that pursuant to the order dated 20.05.2023, the popular trees in ques$on have already been cut and removed by the plain$ffs. 4. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present revision has been rendered as infructuous.
