The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner made a representation to restrain the officials attached to the respondents from converting the Agricultural Patta Land into burial Ground to an extent of 60 Cents comprised in Old S. No 54/9 (New Survey No 54/9B2) situated at uthamasolapuram village, salem district, without following due process of law. However, the same was not considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 3.
