State of Punjab and another (arising out of NACT No.712 of 2017, date of institution 21.12.2017) qua the condition of depositing 20% of ¹8,00,000/- i.e. fine amount while suspending the sentence, imposed by the learned Court concerned. Further, prayer is made to issue directions to the JMIC to release the petitioner in compliance of the above mentioned order, as the bail bonds and surety bonds were already furnished alongwith affidavit.
