This CONTC has been filed alleging noncompliance of order dated 12th November, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.35308 of 2021 and order dated 16th November, 2022 passed in CONTC No.5540 of 2022. 2.1. It appears that the matter was initially listed on 12th December, 2025 when Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought for an adjournment to apprise the Court about the compliance of the part of the direction of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.35308 of 2021, which was required to be complied with by the Petitioner. 3. The matter was again listed on 9th January, 2026 when Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioner prayed for an adjournment to comply with order dated 12th December, 2025. The matter was again adjourned at the instance of Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioner on 6th February, 2026. 3.1. Today Mr. Pratap Kishore Deo, learned counsel prays for further adjournment on behalf of Mr. Ray. 4. The Petitioner has not yet filed any document to show that he has complied with the direction of the Court passed in W.P. (C) No.35308 of 2021, which was required to be complied with by the Petitioner. Although repeated adjournments were made but the Petitioner could not comply with the order dated 12th December, 2025 passed in this CONTC. 5. Hence, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Petitioner has not complied with the direction made in W.P.(C) No.35308 of 2021, which is required to be complied with by the Petitioner. 6.
