When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondent had already issued patta in the name of petitioner's daughter after sub-division of the property and thus, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, he requests this Court to close the present petition. 3. In view of the above, it is clear that no further order is required in this case. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
