This writ petition suffers from the vice of non-joinder of necessary parities. It is seen that the petitioner has already filed a civil suit and obtained a decree for mandatory injunction in respect of the very same subject matter. The petitioner is at liberty to execute the same. The petitioner cannot be allowed to ride two horses at the same time. 5.The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
