After the death of the petitioner’s husband, the petitioner applied for the insurance amount by submitting all the particulars required by the 2nd respondent on 12.10.2022. The 2nd respondent forwarded the same to the 1st respondent through email. Since there was no response, the petitioner has also sent a legal notice on 09.01.2023 to the respondents. Even then, the 1st respondent has not acted upon.
