It is contended that a bare perusal of the FIR shows that no offence is made out against the petitioner, as the essential i offence are wholly absent. He further contends that as per the prosecution's case, there is cow or other animal was slaughtered. He submits that apart from the complainant's bare allegations, the cow was exported or even intended to be exported. There is also no material regarding the sale of beef. He contends that overall, there is no evidence to suggest that the cows were taken for slaughter or for sale.
