The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to take suitable action and prevent the villagers from burying the Human Corpses in petitioners Agricultural Patta land in Survey No.384A, 387A, 382B and in Survey No.388B/2 in Thuthikaadu Village, Kaniyambadi Madura, Vellore Taluk and District-632 113. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2022 and dispose of the same, after issuing due notice to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
