He argued that the alleged occurrence took place on 31.01.2026 but the FIR in question was registered unexplained delay of 12 days, casting serious doubt on the prosecution story. He further argued that the petitioner was intentionally named in the FIR only on the basis of suspicion without any concrete evidence. Further, co Singh (father of the petitioner) has already been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by the learned trial Court, vide order dated 02.03.2026. Moreover, the petitioner has clean antecedents as he is not involved in any other case and to be recovered from him. Learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the investigating agency.
