MANDEEP PANNU, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 0012, dated 09.01.2026 (Annexure P 332(c), 304(2) of BNS, 2023 (Sections IPC), registered at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar Rural. This Court vide order dated 20.03.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 20.03.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel submits that he does not controvert the said fact and further required. In view of the above, the order dated 20.03.2026 is made absolute.
