The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation, requesting the respondents 1 to 4 not to transfer the patta for the property of the petitioner till the disposal of the suit pending between the petitioner and the private respondents. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2023 will be disposed of by the concerned respondent within a period of 12 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
