4. Learned State counsel on instructions, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required for the purpose of investigation.
5. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
6. Since the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 19.12.2025 is made absolute with liberty to the complainant as aforesaid.
7. However, if required, the petitioners shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 482 (2) BNSS.
