1. This is the f Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 No. 159 dated 16.10.2025, registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 351(2), 191(3) and Jalandhar, during the pendency of the trial. 2. Perusal of the record reveals that the present FIR has been registered on the basis of the statement of complainant Vicky, who alleged that on 14 at about 3:00 PM, a quarrel took place between the parties, during which the petitioners along with co On the basis of the said allegations, the petitioners have been booked with the aid of Sections 323, 324, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, out of which only Section 324 IPC is non-bailable. (Oral) This is the first petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 filed by the petitioners No. 159 dated 16.10.2025, registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 351(2), 191(3) and 190 of the BNS, 2023 at Police Station Bhargo Camp, District Jalandhar, during the pendency of the trial. Perusal of the record reveals that the present FIR has been registered on the basis of the statement of complainant Vicky, who alleged that on 14 at about 3:00 PM, a quarrel took place between the parties, during which the petitioners along with co-accused allegedly caused injuries to the complainant side. On the basis of the said allegations, the petitioners have been booked with the aid f Sections 323, 324, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, out of which only Section 324 bailable. Keeping in view the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties, the petitioners are in custody for the last three months and the trial is likely to take considerable time, this Co present regular bail

Accordingly, the regular bail allowed. They are ordered to be released on bail subject to their furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to Magistrate concerned.
