When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it is pending trial thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage. 4.
