In view of the above, in the event if the amount is not disbursed, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 03.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
