Respondents This writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 4th respondent by the impugned order in Na.Ka. No.334/2020/ Thi.Malai dated 29.01.2021 of granting layout to the 6th respondent in SF. No.12/3A, 12/3B, 12/3C, 17, 21/1 and 3,4,11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 26, 27/A, 27/B, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 of Madipakkam Village, Cheyyar Taluk in Tiruvannamalai District and quash the same as illegal and as against the Tamil nadu Minor Mineral concession rules, 1959 and consequently direct the 4th respondent to implement the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.
