Dharmendra) arising out of Case Crime No. 23 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Kasganj, pending in the said court court and with a further prayer to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case, during the pendency of the present application. 5. The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 14.02.2023. The office through its report dated 09.08.2023 has place on record a report of the Mediation Centre, on perusal in which the parties will not willing for the mediation as reported by the Mediation in its report dated 20.07.2023.
