Petitioner has filed this revision petition to challenge the impugned order dated 24.04.2023 passed by Additional Principal Judge, family Court, Court No.3, Deoria in Case No.621 of 2017, titled Smt. Sahenaz and others Vs. Riyajuddin, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., whereby the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the opposite party has been accepted unilaterally and the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.6,000/- per month to the opposite party no.2, Rs.3,000/- per month to the opposite party no.3, Rs.3,000/- to the opposite party no.4 and Rs.3,000/- per month to the opposite party no.5. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the revision petition and prays for withdrawal. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
