During the pendency of the Writ Petition, it was realized that the Education Officer pointed out certain deficiencies in the proposal of the Petitioner, by order dated 16th July, 2024. 3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner has placed on record copy of the communication dated 30th December, 2025 addressed by the Head Master to the Education Officer, thereby removing the deficiencies and submitting the documents sought 2026:BHC-AUG:40073-DB {2} wp13240-23.doc by the Education Officer. 4. The Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of by directing the Education Officer to take decision on the proposal for payment of arrears of salary of the Petitioner on its own merits, in terms of the Rules and Regulations governing the field, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the decision to the Petitioner.
