Shah learned advocate for respondent Nos. 4 to 6. None for the petitioner. 2. Yesterday this matter was on board. This court observed thus: The petitioner suffered two consecutive orders under the Mamlatdar’s Courts Act, 1906. An application filed by the respondents under Section 5 of the Act came to be allowed by due procedure and by conducting the panchnama. Challenge under Section 23 of the Act filed by the petitioner before Sub-Divisional Officer was also turned down. As against that, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. Mr.Shah, learned advocate for the respondents – original applicants would submit that the first order is of January, 2022 which is in operation.
